Does anyone know how to clean headlights that have faded?

They have faded from the outside, and thanks!

There is a headlight lens restore kit that will take the haze
off the exterior of your headlights. You can purchase the
kit a any major auto parts store or even Wal-Mart has it. It
costs $20.00. It’s contains the same chemicals that we use
at the dealership.
Meguires (I’m pretty sure it’s them) makes a polish you can get for a couple of bucks at just about any auto parts store. It’s called “Plastix” I think, and comes in a white bottle with a black cap. It works really well.
Can also use Du Point #7 white rubbing compound or white toothpaste.
My dad said for me to use a rubbing compound for them, but we bought some citrus engine degreaser at auto zone and wow, it cleaned them very nicely.
